The Bath Priory Restaurant
The Priory Restaurant on the edge of historic Bath is an award-winning restaurant under the care of Executive Head Chef Michael Caines MBE, himself the owner of a pair of Michelin stars. The restaurant has recently won the third place in the Southwest in The Sunday Times' list of Britain's Top 100 restaurants, an award that is richly deserved. The Bath Priory Hotel & Spa is a luxurious hotel that combines the best of Bath city style with the space, landscaping and peace of a country house hotel. Inside, the restaurant is a light and elegant space with a warm ambience. The modern European menu under Head Chef Sam Moody is sophisticated and innovative with superb provenance of ingredients – some are so local they come from the restaurant's own kitchen garden. And the wine list and sommelier at the Priory Restaurant are exemplary.

The Moon and Sixpence
Down an old cobbled passageway between Bath's Milsom and Broad Streets is The Moon and Sixpence, a lovely restaurant providing respite from the busy streets of this always busy city. Tranquil and refined, The Moon and Sixpence offers a range of spaces in which to enjoy food and drinks. In addition to the romance of the candlelit restaurant, The Moon and Sixpence offers a relaxed bar and café upstairs, known simply as 'The New Moon', serving casual food in a bright, buzzy atmosphere. Outside, a beautiful terrace is perfect for pre-dinner drinks of a summers evening while a bar space, dotted with comfortable sofas provides a cosy spot for cocktails. Having been a fixture on Bath's dining scene for around thirty years, The Moon and Sixpence is a little piece of local history, and as such it seems appropriate that here you'll enjoy Modern British cuisine made with locally sourced produce. However, in keeping with Bath's increasingly cosmopolitan feel you'll also experience international dishes given a local twist.
