The Garricks Head The Garricks Head Pub and restaurant in Bath is set to be another long-running hit from the Digneys, the couple who brought you the King William. With the Theatre Royal, The Garricks Head is set in dandy Beau Nash’s former home and it’s a superb spot for watching both luvvies and civilians. It’s also great for dining, with a true blue British gastropub menu that uses fresh, organic, extremely local ingredients in classic dishes like slow-roast mutton. The hearty, unpretentious dishes change frequently, but on no account should you miss out the chips cooked in goose fat.
